Relational Practices

Relational Practices brings together the ways my work extends into the social field, through disability-led facilitation, reflective writing, and active participation in communities and networks.

Facilitation & Community Work

I develop and lead disability-led, relational workshops for institutions using artistic and sensory methods to explore safety, perception, and embodied communication. My facilitation practice grows directly from my artistic work: non-extractive listening, multisensory awareness, and trauma-informed approaches to human experience. I design accessible workshops for professional settings (including mental health conferences and disability organisations) where participants explore perception, co-regulation, and relational ethics through scores, diagrams, and embodied exercises.

Writing & Essays

Alongside facilitation, writing offers another channel for reflection and connection. I regularly contribute essays and articles to neurodivergent and disability-led publications, exploring shame, lived experience, and alternative ways of knowing. My writing weaves embodied insight with poethical reflection, contributing to emerging conversations around neurodivergence, disability, and relational care.
